Celebrate Mom at Dublin Farm with a culinary journey of Italy. This feast celebrates the finest in regional Italian cuisine with five unique courses designed by Chef Maria.


Appetizer: Cocktail with asparagus, avocados, cherry tomatoes and Spring Mix greens topped with a "Bozner sauce" served with baguette and butter

First dish: Ravioli stuffed with baby spinach and Ricotta with Parmesan cheese and butter sauce

Choice of entree served with three kinds of vegetables.

Meat-Entrée: Venison Tenderloin or Beef- or Chicken Tenderloin "Piccata style" with Polenta medallions and Portobello Ragout or

Meat-Entrée: Pork Loin Roast, served in a Chardonnay/butter sauce and caramelized pear slices or

Seafood-Entrée: Pan seared Rainbow Trout Fillet in butter, topped with roasted almond slices served on sautéed baby spinach

Sorbet: Lemon Sorbet

Dessert: Oven baked Strudel Pastry Roll, filled with Golden Delicious apples, raisins and pine nuts, served over a hot vanilla sauce
