White Oak Pastures
Bluffton, GA 39824
We operate one of only two on-farm USDA-inspected abattoirs in the country. We raise and process grassfed: cattle, sheep, goat and pastured chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, guineas, and hogs on the Serengeti Rotational Grazing Model. White Oak Pastures is not Disney World. It is real world, and you will learn where food really comes from. Be sure that you call ahead and schedule for one of us to meet you.
We are an open-aired restaurant located on a farm that primarily feeds our 100+ employees (from butchers and organic farmers to office managers) who work on site Monday through Saturday. We feature a daily special along with regular daily menu items. We also offer a wide variety of items for sale in our storefront ranging from homemade preserves to pickled items and seasonal sausage. We hope that you will join us Monday - Saturday for lunch (12 p.m.-1:30 p.m.), and supper Friday and Saturday (6 p.m. - 8 p.m.) in our On-Farm Restaurant!
Our Farm Store is full of White Oak Pastures home-made stocks and canned goods, as well as hand-butchered steaks, roasts, and poultry cuts. You can also find our pasture raised eggs and hand-made cheese in our store!
White Oak Pastures has raised cattle on this farm since 1866. Environmental Sustainability, Animal Welfare and the Local Food Movement are the core values of this farm.
