Enjoy this down-home festival with crispy southern-fried catfish and all the fixings. Festival goers can feast on this and much more during Kingsland, Georgia's Annual Catfish Festival. The fun begins on Friday, September 4 from 5-9 p.m. and then starts back up at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015. With a theme like "33 Years and Still Out of this World" you know there's going to be lots of fun for all. As the sun is setting, enjoy the new Night Parade on Saturday at 7 p.m. This event also includes various arts & crafts booths, succulent southern-fried catfish with grits, hushpuppies, coleslaw and sweet ice tea. Throw in a wonderful selection of food booths, awesome entertainment by American Idol's Candice Glover, David Willis and other local entertainers, a children's amusement area, 5K run, and you are in for a great time!
