Directions

From I-20 West Take Exit #12 (Highway 278 West, Thornton Road) Go right on Highway 278 through Mableton, Hiram, Dallas and onto Polk County—about 25 miles. The highway will change names to the Nathan Dean Parkway. After the Rockmart city limits sign, turn left at the first traffic light onto Goodyear Street, which is the intersection of Highways 113 and 278. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Piedmont Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks and go through the first traffic light. You will pass the Rockmart City Complex on your left. Turn right at the next traffic light onto Elm Street. Go through the next traffic light (the intersection with Marble Street) and Seaborne Jones Memorial Park will be just ahead on your left. From I-75 North Take Cartersville Exit (Main Street exit) Go left toward Cartersville. Cross Highway 411 and go through the Square in Cartersville. Take Highway 113 to Rockmart—approximately 16 miles. After entering Polk County, go through the second traffic light, which is the intersection of Highways 278 and 113. You are now on Goodyear Street. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Piedmont Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks and go through the first traffic light. You will pass the Rockmart City Complex on your left. Turn right at the next traffic light (Regions Bank) onto Elm Street. Go through the next traffic light (the intersection with Marble Street) and Seaborne Jones Memorial Park will be just ahead on your left.
