5th Annual Patriotic Days Sponsored by Hometown Warrenton, Inc.

Get your rackets out and register for the annual Tennis Tourney which begins on the First Saturday in July, following the Patriotic Parade and Pie Bake Off. We have competitions for men, women and both, in singles, doubles and mixed doubles on the City Park tennis courts. Registration is $20 and includes a t-shirt to the first 40 registered. One registration fee only required to play in all qualified categories. Deadline to register is June 29, 2013. Best 2 out of 3 sets determines the winner, and each match is officiated by an umpire. Winners receive trophies. Kids 6 and up are invited to participate in the Jr. Tennis Camp. Two levels of sessions are offered this year: beginner and intermediate. Sessions run M-F, 9a-11a, and there may be as many as four sessions conducted during the month of July, depending on demand and availability. Costs: $20/child/session, $35 if child needs a racket, which will be theirs to keep after camp.
