2013 Artist in Residence Nancy Oliver Smith

Nancy Oliver Smith -- a talented, experienced watercolor and pastel artist -- is the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association's First Quarter Artist in Residence. See her work exhibited from Jan. 12 to March 29, 2013, at the Art Center (420 West Main Street, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). Her color and technique will delight you, and her versatile subject matter will intrigue you. 

Nancy worked in graphic arts, public relations, photography and is the Publicity Chairperson for the Misty Mountain Quilters Guild. She paints fascinating landscapes, wildlife, country scenes, florals, waterscapes, still life and intriguing abstracts. She has been a member of The Art Center since 1990 and has been a member of SAAG from its inception. Nancy also participates in various festivals and shows across the region.
