This venue is historic, unique and affordable! Perfect for weddings, it is also popular for family reunions and parties. Musicians tell us that the wooden floors and stage are acoustically great, so the Historic Schoolhouse is enjoyed for concerts, presentations and performances.

A small museum displays a schoolroom from the 1920s. A total kitchen renovation in 2016 makes for an attractive reception site, along with the historic classroom dining room seating 50 guests comfortable on the included tables and chairs.

Ample free parking, accessibility, and only six miles to I-20 (a little less than an hour to Atlanta) make it an easy choice for your event. We can advise on local caterers and other vendors.

    Old School Fall Festival

    11/11/2017 - 11/11/2017

November is a time for giving thanks, and it seems perfect that our Fall Festival is on Veterans Day. We are so thankful for our servicemen and women. With bagpipe and singing, we're dedicating a new flagpole and flag to the memory of former Mayor Roger Sheridan, a WWII combat veteran - and saluting all the vets attending.

The Kids Zone features a bouncy obstacle course, face painting, baby goats, games, and a tent where you can write a note of thanks to an active duty service person.... read more
