  • A Good Morning by Peter Corbin, 2013 PWAF Featured Artist

The Plantation Wildlife Arts Festival was inspired by the history of Thomasville's vibrant plantation community. Throughout the ante- and post-bellum periods, sporting and wildlife artists enjoyed the patronage of Thomasville's plantation families, often journeying to the plantations to observe wildlife, enjoy the sporting culture, and practice their craft. The Plantation Wildlife Arts Festival was designed and drawn from Thomasville's cultural history to match the tastes and needs of great wildlife art collectors with the best artists working today, and has become one of America's premier wildlife and sporting art festivals.

Explore room after room of sculpture, painting, photography, master crafters, carving and jewelry as your family enjoys entertaining and educational supporting events and a fun festival atmosphere. Along with the Wild Discovery Area and special guests, the festival includes exciting events for all ages. Visit www.PWAF.org for all the details.
