Enjoy demonstrations on traditional ways of living in the 1850s. Help churn butter, dye a piece of cloth with black walnut hulls, and make a hand-dipped candle. Watch chair caning, soap making and open hearth cooking. Enjoy foot-stompin' music. History hikes to the mill ruins will be throughout the day. A candlelit hike is at 8 p.m. $5 parking. 770-732-5871.
