The Arts in Black Festival in Tifton is a celebration of African-American heritage and art. The Arts in Black Festival will celebrate its 27th jubilee April 6, 2013, at Fulwood Park. The feature presentation will be Black Velvet, a lively band guaranteed to shake and rattle everyone in the crowd. A few other groups to perform during the festival include the Gospel Starlights, Travis Pratt, Dancers' Pointe Dance Company, and Mula South Entertainment.
