Are you buried in old computers, printers, VCRs or phones? And what about that drawer filled with cords, wires, circuit boards, plugs and chargers that you've been saving?
KWRB, Flint Energies and Happy Hour Service Center & Recycling have joined forces to provide a simple solution for you to discard of your old electronics. Hang on to them until Saturday, April 12, 2014, and dispose of them during E-Cycling Day (sorry, no televisions). Just bring them to the Happy Hour parking area, located in Warner Robins on North Young Avenue, for a one-day electronics recycling event 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
At the site, representatives of Atlanta Recycling Solutions will be available to accept your electronics (with the exception of televisions) and answer any recycling questions you may have.
In previous years, more than 66,000 pounds of materials was removed from the waste stream through recycling. Do yourself a favor and declutter your home by supporting E-Cycling Day 2014!
