The 256-acre park, which opened spring 2012, is bisected by the Little Tallapoosa River and is laced with almost 7 miles of natural trails for hiking and equestrian use. The approximate 2-mile paved trail is perfect for bikers, walkers or runners.
The 23 RV sites are equipped with full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp service and water. The paved sites are level and several are pull-thrus. The tent/pop-up area has 32 sites with 120v service and a fully equipped comfort station with laundry facilities.
Many geocaches are located in the park.
