The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center (MMCC) will host it's annual Storytelling Festival, Do Tell! Stories Under the Bell Tower on Saturday, April 11, 2015. The festival features nationally known tellers performing and presenting workshops during the day followed by a can't-miss evening grand finale in the Center's historic auditorium. There is something for everyone during this day-long festival from the free morning family workshop to an afternoon adult workshop, from a delightful family-friendly lunch concert to an entertaining evening grand finale. Tellers will share stories based on folklore and personal narrative. Get ready to hear stories from "the good ole days" and growing up in the South.

This festival will feature the following tellers: Wanda Johnson, recipient of the Storytelling World Honor Award; Ed Stivender, member of the National Storytelling Association's Circle of Excellence; and Michael Reno Harrell, an award-winning songwriter and veteran Southern storyteller, and Carol Cain.
