Enjoy music by Charlie Hartness and performances by other Kress Project winners on July 14, 2013, at the Georgia Museum of Art (GMOA). The Kress Project was an online exhibition that celebrated 50 years of friendship between the Kress Foundation and GMOA. Artists from all over the world submitted works of art in many different media inspired by GMOA's Kress Study Collection of Italian Renaissance and Baroque paintings, resulting in a book of the winners chosen by a jury. Copies of the book will be for sale in the Museum Shop, and Lynn Boland, Pierre Daura Curator of European Art, will lead a tour of the Kress Collection at 3 p.m.
