Three Atlanta Tours You Need to Take

Atlanta Food Walks

Taste Paschal's famous fried chicken on Atlanta Food Walks' Downtown Southern Food Walk.

There are a number of food tours in Atlanta, but this is the one I recommend. Why? Storytelling! The Atlanta Food Walks team knows everything there is to know about the history of Atlanta and the community and culture built around Southern cuisine.

You'll need to decide between two tours, each with a different historical focus and Atlanta location. Gluten-free? Vegetarian? No worries – those options are available!

Atlanta Falcons or Atlanta United fan…whatever your sport of choice, you're sure to love the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You'll want to experience everything there is see and do at this new venue, and the best way to learn about that is through their new behind-the-scenes tours.

See the VIP lounge, head to the locker room, and take a turn throwing a pass on the field. Tours run seven days a week. If you visit during non-game time, then be sure to plan for lunch at the new Molly B's, which overlooks the field. The fried chicken is a must!

Atlanta Heritage Tour with Atlanta Movie Tours

Stop by Madea's house on the Atlanta Heritage Tour with Atlanta Movie Tours.

Atlanta Movie Tours are known for their film-based tours, but you can also take a heritage tour here, with focus on Martin Luther King, Jr., civil rights landmarks, and the films that celebrate this movement.
