Cotton Calf Kitchen
The sizzle of big city dry-aged steaks arrives in downtown Braselton. The 120-seat white tablecloth classic American steakhouse features a menu with heirloom vegetables and an array of tapas style appetizers. A roomy lounge and bar area serves its own menu of shareable plates, along with a carefully curated beverage menu spotlighting craft beers, small- batch whiskeys, bourbons, classic cocktails and a wine list.
You may enjoy Cocktails and items from the Bar menu starting at 4 pm daily. Items from the Dinner menu are also served in the bar starting at 5 pm daily.
The Dining Room
Cocktails and items from the Dinner menu are served in the Dining room starting at 5 pm daily. The Bar menu is not available in the fine Dining room or at the Chef's table.
Brunch is served every Sunday from 11 am until 3 pm. Reservations are recommended; but walk-in's are always welcomed.
