This unique garden features a wide variety of native and indigenous plants, a fountain, and a stream with koi fish and pond bloomers. Stroll through 1.5 garden acres nestled in the heart of historic downtown Conyers Entertainment District. The site offers examples of native plants of Georgia's Piedmont region. The pond is fed by the city's downtown water tower built in 1900.

Adjacent to the botanical gardens is the pavilion, which hosts many community events and activities, and is available for rent to individuals, groups, or businesses. Nearby you can rent bicycles at CE Steele Community Center at 1040 Oakland Ave.SE, Conyers for the Olde Town Conyers PATH Trail.

As of November 2025, here is an update from the City of Conyers on the garden and park renovation: the new Celebration Park, expected to open in late spring 2026. The city has selected S.H. Creel Construction to work on this SPLOST-funded project that will feature a new stage/performance area, play area for children, seating and gathering spaces, meditation garden, and more. While we are losing older, established trees with the renovation, new trees and landscaping have been incorporated into the redesign.

The pavilion and surrounding garden area are currently closed for construction. With construction comes some inconveniences, but we know it’ll be worth it! Bear with us as occasional lane and sidewalk closures are expected along Commercial Street and Main Street during the course of construction. Take a look at the rendering of the park redesign so you’ll know what to expect as construction progresses and we inch towards a new, more functional and vibrant park for Olde Town.
