Learn “The Joy of Painting” from Certified Bob Ross Instructor and artist Alexander Sandor Iliuta while you make merry with locals, friends, or a date in one of Bellevue Avenue’s beautiful historic sites! No skill is necessary, so just bring enthusiasm and extra money for drinks.

Paint Night Parties are $60 per person or $55 for military personnel, students, and law enforcement and includes all necessary supplies. Born in Romania, Alexander Sandor Iliuta has been creating art since early in his high school career. He has been a Certified Bob Ross Instructor (CRI) since 1995 and became a Certified Ross Floral Instructor (CRFI) in 2022. Using techniques seen on the television program “The Joy of Painting” hosted by Bob Ross, Mr. Iliuta specializes in oils and acrylic to create various landscape and floral paintings. His works have been included in exhibitions in Connecticut, Maryland, and Georgia and displayed in Downtown Dublin GA.Page House Bed & Breakfast
Step back to 1903 when TL Griner began construction Page House, an 11-room, 7,000 sq. ft. Classic Greek Revival home often described as one of the grandest homes south of Atlanta. The house featured Tiffany-style stained-glass windows, and is the only private home in this area of the state with a ballroom, 12-foot ceilings, interior Ionic columns, and picture moldings sealed with silver then brushed with gold.
