Saturday, Dec 9, 2023 10 AM to 11:30 AM - Smithgall Woods State Park - Helen, GA - Come on a guided hike to Smithgall Wood’s Primitive Cabin this Holiday season! Learn about the origins or our favorite Christmas traditions and how they're still practiced and celebrated today.

This hike is a moderate 3 miles along a paved road to the cabin. There you will be able to enjoy some hot cocoa and cookies before we head back to the visitor’s center. This is a wonderful opportunity to get some fresh air and movement into you week during this busy time of the year! Remember to bring water and dress for the weather. Reservations are required.
