Waldmet Cellars

Waldmet Cellars is a craft micro-winery in Jasper, Georgia that showcases just how versatile, creative, and enjoyable mead, hard cider, and wine can be. Our batches are small, but our products speak for themselves. We’re a husband and wife team that make, bottle, label, sell, and ship our products. Our story started back in 2010 when we brought the first commercial mead to Georgia at Montaluce Winery. Then after years of planning, we opened Waldmet Cellars in August of 2020.

It’s still just the beginning though and we'll be moving to a larger building later this year. For now, you can visit us in our taproom at 916 Old Philadelphia Rd in Jasper, GA.

Our back patio is open when the weather is nice and it's family and dog-friendly. So pack a picnic, load up the car...then come grab a flight or bottle, peruse our selection of games, and enjoy our fine libations in the open air.
