Sunrise Yoga on the Mountain

This fun, alignment-based yoga practice with registered yoga teacher Monique French plus breathtaking mountain top views will refresh your mind, body, and spirit. Class is $10 cash at the entrance.

Please bring a mat. Weather permitting. Set up in the Stone Amphitheater adjacent to the park office at 7:15 AM. Restrooms open at 8:00 AM.
