Tucked away in Redfern Village - also known as the "local's village" - Blackwater Grill opened its doors in December 2000. Starting off in the middle of winter, off the beaten path, and with the arrival of our seasonal visitors still some four months away, we had to provide exceptional food and service from the beginning... or look for other careers in a big hurry!
