The Crab Trap

The Crab Trap is one of the longest standing restaurants on St. Simons Island, and it is still owned and operated by the same family who opened the doors in February 1975. It is known for its tables with "the hole" in the middle used for discarding your fresh oyster shells and shrimp tails. Diners continue to return time after time for our delicious and generous portions of fresh seafood served either fried, blackened, broiled or grilled. Last, but not least, our world famous crab soup continues to bring patrons back time after time.
