Blue Ridge

Tube the gentle waters of the Toccoa River near Blue Ridge for an easy-going adventure suitable for the whole family. Tubing the calm waters of the Toccoa River is perfect for a relaxing day on the river with children. For more thrills and excitement, Toccoa River Tubing Company offers Ocoee River rafting, zipline canopy tours, and fun floats down the scenic Toccoa River. Toccoa Valley Campground and Toccoa Wilderness Tubing also offer shuttle service for a fun day of tubing the Toccoa River.

Columbus

In addition to wild whitewater rafting and kayaking on the Chattahoochee, Columbus Whitewater Express offers flatwater tubing during the summer months. Pair a trip down the river with ziplines, aerial obstacle course or bike rentals to explore the city.

Dahlonega

Dahlonega outfitter Chestatee River Adventures outfits kayaking and tubing trips down the gorgeous Chestatee River. The Chestatee trip lasts about 30 minutes but includes several re-entry points along the trail back to the shop. For just $5, you can take as many turns as you like! Just outside Historic Dahlonega, Etowah River Campground offers riverside tent and RV camping in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Etowah River tubing trips, offered from May through Labor Day, are fun for the whole family! 

Ellijay

Find fun with friends and family floating down the Coosawatee River! Coosawatee River Tubing provides the tubes, life vests and shuttle service so you can kick back and relax for a lazy trip. Another option near Ellijay is Cartecay River Experience. Ride in the little yellow school bus and head out on the Cartecay River. 

Helen

Enjoy amazing scenic views from some of Georgia’s Most beloved waters.

McCaysville

Also known for guiding whitewater rafting trips, Rolling Thunder River Company offers 1.5-mile to 3-mile tubing trips. Tubing the Toccoa River is perfect for folks with small children or those who are nervous about whitewater rafting.

Macon
