Get fired up in Dublin, Georgia during the St. Patrick's Pig in the Park BBQ Championship at Market on Madison beginning with the kick off of Downtown Dublin's First Friday Concert Series on Friday, March 6 at 7:30 p.m., featuring Bo Henry Band. Grab your lawn chairs as downtown spices up with live musical performances, food vendors and rides for the kids.
NEW THIS YEAR: Backstage Beer Garden presented by Stone Horse Tavern & Eatery located under the Market pavilion with select Budweiser products. Guests are invited to purchase an official event cup and draft beer, while enjoying 70" flat screen TVs by Aaron's, patio heaters and live music.
The competition heats up as the BBQ Championship continues Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. as teams compete for bragging rights and cash prizes. St. Patrick's Pig in the Park BBQ Championship pits competitors against each other in three categories: ribs, pulled pork and chicken with first, second, and third place awarded in each division.
