Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center is a recreational area managed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division and is composed of Marben Public Fishing Area, Clybel Wildlife Management Area, Preaching Rock Wildlife Education Center and a conference center.

Marben PFA consists of 22 managed lakes. Many of the lakes have picnic areas, restrooms, fishing piers and boats ramps. There are also some ponds.

The Conference Center is state of the art and opened its doors in 2005. The Center includes lodging, small breakout and conference rooms, a large banquet/multi-purpose hall and fully staffed kitchen. Please contact the Center directly for availability, details and reservations. The Center's accommodations include 28 lodge rooms, 2 conference rooms that accommodate 20 and 1 conference room that accommodates 70. The Dining/Banquet Hall has seating for 250. Food service is available when renting conference rooms and/or the banquet hall.
