Cottage rental is ideal for families or groups desiring intimate, self-contained, and expansive appointments. Approximately one-fourth of the more than 600 homes and condominiums on Sea Island are available as vacation rentals. Residences range from three-bedroom cottages and condominiums to luxurious seven-bedroom homes, many with swimming pools. All rental Cottages are furnished and fully equipped. Key features include: full access to resort dining, children's programs, and golf, fully equipped kitchens, washer / dryer, and babysitting services, available by request.
